We offer leadership consulting services, workshops, training materials, scenario decks, and speaking engagements. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the pricing, delivery terms, and service scope outlined at the time of purchase or booking.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Digital products, such as scenario decks and training materials, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. For refund inquiries, contact us at nichole@dnicholedavis.com.

Cancellation Terms

For services scheduled in advance, such as coaching sessions, workshops, or speaking engagements:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service are eligible for rescheduling but not refund.

    • Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled time will not be refunded and may not be rescheduled.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    In the rare event that we must cancel a service; clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.    ​​

Retention of Right to Change Offerings

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change any aspect of our services, pricing, or content at any time without notice.

Warranties and Responsibilities for Services and Products

Our services are provided with a commitment to professional excellence. However, all services and materials are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, consulting, or workshops. Users are responsible for how they interpret and apply the content.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, training materials, and scenario decks—is the intellectual property of D. Nichole Davis Consulting, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright laws. No part of this website or its materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site and services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any behavior that is harmful to us or other users.
